All our shipping is handled by Fedex and is integrated into our check-out procedure.  During the check-out process you will be required to choose which Fedex option is best for you.

 

 

*In the event that there is an error with an order and it is determined that the error is in no way related to the files submitted by the client, the clients order will be reprinted immediately and shipped out at no additional expense to the client.

 

Our quality control team physically inspect every order before it is shipped out.  They compare the order being sent with the files the customer submitted for print.  If the job looks right it is shipped, if something is incorrect, the order is immediately sent back to press and re-printed correctly.  If the error is found in the file, the client will be contacted and informed of the error, at which time they can choose to correct the error and re-submit the artwork, thus placing a second order without having to pay twice for shipping.

 

If your order arrives and is incorrect in any way, please call us immediately on our toll free # 1-866-805-8875 and one of our quality control representatives will assist you in clearing up the issue.  Be sure to completely read our conditions of use before placing your orders, as this will clear up many questions of liability.

 

***No refunds will be issued for printed materials that have been received by the client, regardless of the claim, as each order is produced individually based on the clients submitted artwork, and can not be re-stocked or re-issued.  In the event that the error is found to be on our end, 4bizprint.ca will re-print and ship the order free of charge.
