By placing an order, you are forming a legally binding contract with 4bizprint for products and services, and you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

CUSTOMERS
If you are placing this order in the name of a company, you must be legally authorized to place this order for the company.

Ontario resellers of print material purchased from 4bizprint must provide a valid PST number.

PRICING & QUOTATIONS
Prices published on the 4bizprint website are subject to change without notice. Every effort will be made to notify clients of price increases in advance.

Quotations, either emailed or faxed, will be honored for up to 30 days after the quote date.  After which they are subject to review and modification.

Published prices on 4bizprint website are based on clients supplying digital files prepared according to written guidelines on the 4bizprint Web site.  You can find these guidelines by clicking here or by visiting our FAQ section. Failure to setup files according to these guidelines may result in additional charges.

SALES TAX
Canadian customers will be charged the appropriate sales tax for the location that your order is shipped to. USA Clients do not pay taxes with us, it is dealt with by US customs and usually charged upon delivery.

FILE REQUIREMENTS
All images, after being enlarged or reduced for reproduction, will crop approximately 1/8" to allow for bleed. You can find these guidelines by clicking here or by visiting our FAQ section. We cannot process orders that do not meet the minimum requirements.

PROOFING, COLOUR MATCHING & PRINT QUALITY
All Gang Printed Full Colour Items ordered through 4bizprint Web site are "gang printed." 4bizprint will reproduce colour from digital files as closely as possible, but may not exactly match color and density due to limitations in the proofing and printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements. A reasonable variation in colour between original materials, proofs and the completed order, will be considered acceptable print quality.

Clients must provide high resolution images suited to the offset printing process. 4bizprint is not liable for images printing poorly due to the Client providing low resolution images.

Clients must provide all full colour printing images in CMYK format. 4bizprint is not responsible for any colour shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK colour modes.

TURNAROUND TIMES

We start counting the turnaround time when you send your order to press. Orders sent to press after 5pm Pacific Standard Time will begin counting turnaround time the next business day. If you order a fax or hard copy proof, turnaround begins when we receive proof approval. Allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected. Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays do not count when calculating turnaround.

Turnaround does not begin until acceptable artwork has been provided. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, your job status will return to "On Hold " and your turnaround time will be reset.

For jobs that do not have complete digital source files provided, turnaround begins when we have the photos and artwork needed to print your postcard, not from when the order is first submitted.

COMPLAINTS
All complaints must be made within 5 business days of receipt of the job. Orders with manufacturing errors and/or defects will be rerun on the next print run at no charge to the client, at the discretion of 4bizprint. Sole liability shall be limited to reprinting of the order. Unsatisfactory orders as a result of Client errors will be reprinted at the regular posted rate.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
4bizprint is not responsible for errors and omissions approved by the Client. The client is solely responsible for errors missed during the proofing process of either artwork supplied by the client or artwork created by 4bizprint.

INDEMNIFICATION
The client will indemnify and hold harmless 4bizprint from any loss, expense, and damages arising out of violation of copyright or trademark laws from the illegal use of images, photographs, slogans, trademarks, or graphical work supplied by the Client.
